I didn't win this prize, but I ordered from them in December 2007. We used a picture of Marley, & sent them out as our Christmas postcards.
There was a little issue with shipping, & half my cards were MIA. In the end MOO not only came through with the missing shipment, they also credited me for a pack of postcards (AFTER I told them they arrived). I found them to not only sell a great product, but to be a very pleasant experience in a world where customer service has fallen by the wayside. I love looking at all your postcards, they turned out great!
Here are the beautiful Moo postcards that I received after being one of the very lucky winners! They are amazing!!!
I actually used my mom's photography to make the cards. It was super easy. I would definitely use their website and services again.
Another shot of the great postcards!
My postcards came in! Thanks to moo.com and geeksugar for the fabulous prize! :D Here are some pictures I snapped...
The postcards came in a cute, flimsy envelope-like package, with a cute starburst Yay! sitcker! :D
The flash went off on this one, so some of the postcards may be hard to see...
Out of all the postcards I chose, these are my favorite! :D
And finally, these are the cutesy stickers that came in the package; like small thumbnails of the postcards.
I had originally made my own designs in Photoshop and Illustrator, but for some reasons my designs couldn't upload fast enough onto the website. Moo should have an option where you can upload one at a time, yea? Anyways, I had to resort to choosing some of their own designer's designs, seeing that it was the last day (Dec. 31st) to pick 'em out. ( I'm a bit of a procrastinator.)
I think I will use Moo's services at a future date, if I should start up my own company some day. :D Thanks Moo! :moo:
Yay! Thank you so much for these great postcards. They look amazing and I can't wait to send them out. I think that Moo should let you combine the designs they have on their website with your own pictures or have borders you can put around your pictures. Also, did anyone figure out how to order just one of something? I wanted to do 5 different pictures but not get the same amount of each, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. The website kept calculating the amount automatically.
My family is going to be so excited when the mailman comes!
Almost... my bro just tell my they're here!, well, in his office, in the US.
So I will have them in the night in my house, in my hands... muajajajaja
I made the order like 3 weeks ago... or more. I was starting to see it like a lost cause, but they're here!!! yay!!
I stuck with what I commented I would do. I got some good Pittie Pictures, but somehow they didn't come out well when I tried. So I ended up with just a few, but I really like them.
How cute when you open up your mail!
Here are my postcards. They are extremely well done, and of great quality. I really like how you can add a personal touch at the top of the writing side. I forgot to snap a photo of that, but I have mine printed with "I'm love a BULL". I'll try and get that done tonite or tomorrow so you all can see.
I got mine a cpl of days ago and I absolutely love them! They are very sturdy and great quality all over.
Thank you so much for this lovely prize!
I used my favorite pictures from different trips taken with my hubsy.
I will mail them to my friends and family all over the world.
Saturday my Postcards arrived! They arrived in the awesome case and when I opened them I loved them! They're all Xmas Lara Cameron designs and I'm very pleased with them. The front is glossy and nice material while the back (for mine) are blank with a nice surface for writing and have the little moo.com logo in the corner. I love the sticker book that came too! I'm probably going to use mine as cards on Christmas presents and keep some for myself.
So.. on with a picture!
Also, I have had one other experience with Moo. Live Journal had a promotion where you could receive 10 Mini Cards for free. No shipping, no annoying credit card crap, just nice free stuff.
I love them. I used some great pictures found mostly on Flickr.
The back of them read my name, a quote from Harry Potter, my blog, and my email. Also there is an icon from LJ. They come in a cute little holder too.
All in all, I am extremely happy about my experiences with Moo and wish to continue to use their products. However, I think I'll just stick with free samples for now and giveaways.
First off - thank you moo for the gorgeous postcards. I decided to go with Holiday postcards that I can send out this year. I chose from a few of the designers available to make my own custom mix. The quality is incredible and I even got a sample sticker book with my postcards! I will definitely use moo next time I need custom cards/stickers, thanks again.
So... the winners, when did you make yours? How long did it take to get them or are you still waiting? I did mine around November 11, haven't gotten them yet. I got the Lara Cameron (I think) ones that are Xmas style. So, I'm just seeing who has gotten their yet.
